In order to contract an MÏL order, the User must be over 18 years of age.
To place orders through the Website, the User must provide a series of data prior to contracting, through the purchase form, and which will be necessary to manage their purchase order.
- Price, payment method and discount codes
Once the data in the form has been completed, the User must proceed to pay the order through the means of payment specified on the Website.
After the payment is made, the User will receive an order confirmation e-mail, which will include a summary of the items purchased, the requested shipping method and the destination address.

- Return of defective product and right of withdrawal
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, as long as it was not and you retain its labels and original packaging. After this time, your product will not be accepted for return.
If you decide to return an order, you will bear the shipping costs.
Returns will be through a gift voucher for the same amount as the returned product and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. This voucher can be used on all the products and collections available at MÏL.

Returned items must be in certified parcels, be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition we shipped them to, and in their original packaging. Stains, bent cards, broken stamps or torn plastic sheets will not be accepted. If the condition of the product sent back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right not to return or exchange it. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect items purchased, and items damaged due to mishandling by customers.
Returns made without a receipt may be rejected. MÏL reserves the right to deny any return.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE ONE PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER?

WHAT DO I DO IF THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Please, contact our customer service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt to start the return process. Please include the following information:
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the product to be returned (if applicable)
Full shipping address
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product as evidence in order to replace the product. If said proof is not received within 48 hours of delivery, your product will not be accepted for return.
Returns will not be accepted if the products show signs of damage that are NOT due to manufacturing defects, such as accidental damage after purchase, as well as damage to goods made intentionally or caused by normal wear and tear.
HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?
Processing returns can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited via Purchase Voucher for the returned products. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling charges.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE VOUCHER?
All refunds will be credited through a purchase voucher of the same amount of the order to be returned. The duration of said gift voucher will be 12 months from its issuance.
Once we receive your returned package, after verification, our customer service team will send you your gift voucher by email, valued at the same value as your purchase.
Any insurance and / or processing method contracted at the time of purchase cannot be reimbursed since the service offered has been used and enjoyed by the buyer in his order.
