 SHIPPING TIMES: 

These are the usual delivery times:

Standard Shipping Time: 15-25 days
Remote areas and Islands (ex: Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Corsica, Sardinia, Ceuta, Melilla): 30-40 days.

*Note: due to the problems that are occurring with the coronavirus, all shipments may be delayed due to companies outside of us. This delay will not be a major reason to cancel orders once they have been processed, we are sorry for the inconvenience and hope that the situation is understood worldwide. The orders are safe and will reach the final customer.

 SHIPPING CONDITIONS:

The customer must ensure that the address indicated is correct, if the postal service delivery indicates that the address is incorrect they will return the package to us. In this case it is necessary to make a new shipment from the warehouse. The customer will have to pay 60% of the cost of the new shipment, for which he will have to pay 6€.

In case the shipment has already been made it will not be possible to change the delivery address as the shipments are under the delivery of external companies MÏL and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been sent from the warehouse, so the client is responsible for the loss of the package in case the correct address has not been indicated, or the house has been changed or similar.

The courier service will make 2 delivery attempts, if the package is not delivered, the customer will have 15 days to pick up the package at the post office assigned to his address. If the package is not picked up by the customer within 15 days, the postal service will return the package to us. It will be necessary to make a new shipment from the warehouse. The client will have to pay 60% of the cost of the new shipment, so he will have to pay 6€.

In case the package is not delivered and has been lost during the shipping process MÏL will run with the cost of a new shipment (no refund will be made in this case).

We do not send to P.O. Boxes.
