Return policy

  

 REQUEST A REFUND:

All return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery of the package. Please send us an email to hello@milforyou.com indicating your order number and the item you wish to return.
 
To be eligible for a refund, here are the steps to follow:

1) You must send photos showing the perfect condition and non-use of the product, the product box and the shipping envelope. One of the photos must show the product on top of the shipping envelope where you can see the address and shipping number.

2) Once we have verified through the photos that everything is in perfect condition, we will indicate the address to which you should send it by providing the tracking code of the shipment, because it must be certified as we sent it to you.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels, shipping bag and bubble wrap required for protection of the product during shipping.

Refunds are issued to your original account in the same form that payment was made.

Credit card: takes 5-10 business days
Paypal: takes 3 working days

    The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

     
     
     DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT:

    If the product arrives damaged or is different from the one you bought, you must communicate this within 48 hours of receiving the package to hello@milforyou.com providing photographs or videos showing the damage it presents. We need you to send a photo showing the damaged product on top of the shipping envelope, showing your delivery address and the number of the shipment.

      

      
     EXCLUSIONS FOR RETURN:

    No returns are allowed:
    - Used products
    The following products cannot be returned, even if they have not been used:
    - Personal hygiene products
    - Products for personal use such as headphones or stimulators that are attached to the skin.
    - Products bought on sale
    - Items purchased with a discount coupon are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
